Our event internship is perfect for someone interested in learning about the event industry without a strict
time commitment. Our event interns will be asked to be available for a minimum of one event per month from
May 2020 - October 2020 to assist with wedding rehearsals, set up, tear down, etc. This is an unpaid position,
however, college credit may be available depending on your school's rule and regulations.
Our assistant coordinators will be paired with a lead coordinator at each wedding they are assigned. They will
be responsible for assisting the lead however is needed in the months prior to each event, at the rehearsal, and
during the wedding day itself. Experience is preferred for this position, but not required. We anticipate our
assistant coordinators working 1 - 3 events per month from May - October 2020.
Our lead coordinator position is the most selective hiring process of all available positions. To be eligible,
you must have experience in the event or wedding industry, or be a Brick + Willow assistant coordinator first and
receive a promotion. Our lead coordinators will run wedding days without the owner's presence on- site. They will
also be responsible for a venue site visit, floorplan mapping, timeline creation, vendor emails, and client
communication leading up to the wedding.
